Common Questions / Problems
- My gun does not fully actuate when triggered
- There is no fluid spraying when the gun is fully actuated.
- My gun is actuating slowly
- There is a leakage between my flat tip and my mixing chamber.
- There is a pressure imbalance
- There is A and/or B side fluid in the gun air section
- There is a mist of fluid from the mixing chamber or air cap
- I am experiencing a rapid build up of material on the air cap
- Excessive cleanoff air when fluid valves are closed and gun is triggered.
- Damaged or missing fluid housing o-ring; replace (page 29)
- The fluid does not shut off when fluid valves are closed
- Damaged fluid valves; replace
- Cannot tighten retaining ring until it bottoms out
- Air cap assembled before retaining ring; install retaining ring first, then air cap (page 30)
